Activities
Is your teacher telling the truth? Why not find out (and revise verb forms!!!)??
In pairs, discuss if you think the following sentences about me (your teacher) are true or false.
Then take turns with your other school-mates to ask me questions, to see if they ARE true or false.
Finally, correct the false sentences.
(note that you CAN?T simply rephrase the sentence to ask the question
E.g. Yesterday afternoon I was run over by a bus.
Don?t ask: ?Were you run over by a bus yesterday??
Ask, for example: ?What happened to you yesterday afternoon??
Or: ?Did anything special happen to you yesterday afternoon??)
